Aikatsu Budokan! 2 days, "Aikatsu! Music Festa" is the final! STAR☆ANIS & AIKATSU☆STARS Pressing Interview Before Graduation!

During February 4, the day where new information was released on the new Aikatsu! series, we have also learnt that STAR☆ANIS and AIKATSU☆STARS will be officially graduating. These two units which were formed for the songs in "Aikatsu!" and "Aikatsu Stars!" have been performing on stage for the past five years, definitely hyping up the new series. With this one last chance during February 27 and 28, will the "Aikatsu! Music Festa in Aikatsu Budokan" be the last time we will ever get to see these girls? This time, we have gathered the members of STAR☆ANIS and AIKATSU☆STARS to listen to their thoughts.

How did you feel when the announcement of graduation came?

Sena: As I've actually been spending more time with the members than with my family currently, I've been thinking about how I will spend my time after graduation.

Ruka: Though the decision was made quite awhile ago, we were told about it along with the Budokan performance, so it was quite the shock.

Waka: It was quite a strange feeling for the fact that I've been singing for "Aikatsu!" since the original series. But where there is a beginning, there is an end. Because at first we never knew when it was going to end, I feel very lucky that I was able to start this career and continue for five years.

Fūri: I was also one of the members that participated since the very beginning. To say that I was in a state of confusion would be my most honest opinion.

Remi: Because we've been doing it for such a long time, it'll definitely get lonely.

Miho: To sing the songs for "Aikatsu!" was the center of my life. It has become quite hard for me to imagine what will happen afterwards.

What did you take out from the "Aikatsu!" Stages?"

Today, we have chosen the representatives of each unit to provide us with an interview. From STAR☆ANIS, we have Waka (Ichigo Hoshimiya), Fūri (Aoi Kiriya, Seira Otoshiro, Mikuru Natsuki), Remi (Otome Arisugawa, Yurika Tōdō, Miyabi Fujiwara). From AIKATSU☆STARS!, we have Sena (Yume Nijino), Miho (Juri Kurebayashi, Nono Daichi, Yozora Kasumi, Kirara Hanazono), as well as cross-group member Ruka (Akari Ōzora, Hime Shiratori, Aria Futaba).

During our interview, while there was the discovery of the graduation, we also got a chance to see a recording of the rehearsal for the Budokan performances, leaving a very lively impression.

STAR☆ANIS and AIKATSU☆STARS! plays a major role in the anime and the Data Carddass games. As the voice actresses for the characters do not sing, the members act as different artists compared to voice actresses, combines the elements of their characters to perform their activities that include singing, dancing, events and live stages.

The main target audience for the TV Anime/Data Carddass "Aikatsu!" and "Aikatsu Stars!" are girls who are in primary school. Clothing and accessories are combined in order to deliver the world of view of the young, for girls to sing and dance on a stage, they are real idols in the eyes of the little girls. The game also has actual linkage with the anime.

Remi: At first, I actually wasn't doing too well with the dances, but as my character grew as an idol, I grew alongside her, and now I'm doing just fine.

Ruka: It is important that you never forget your smile. Because there were quite a few members in AIKATSU☆STARS! that get nervous easily, I can be always seen backstage saying "Smile! Smile!"(You can see that from the backstage recordings in the live video)

The live is divided into two types depending on target audience: the parents who bring along their children is known as "Family Time", while the one for gentlemen and ladies is known as "Night Time". During an event, we go for a more classic live style with the Family Area.

With the live for the ladies and the gentlemen, fans display their enthusiasm, and we would locate ourselves in different locations during all-member songs, unit songs and solo songs for fans to see. On the other hand, we would teach the children our choreography during Family Time, in which a role change for us occurs.

To the kids, they believe that you are the existence of the real idols that flew out of the anime. Would that be also a memorable point to note?

Waka: I am very cautious to not let their hopes down when it comes to us being from the anime. Because the children pour their lives into dancing with us during the lives, their cute little poses are just touching. I can't help but feel a warmth from them.

Miho: We'd go "Stand up and let's do it together!", except we'd tell the dads and the brothers to just sit down (laughs). I also do high-fives with the children.

And that will definitely be an unforgettable memory.

Fūri: On stage, I always think about what I want to deliver to my audience.

Remi: I suppose during Family Time, smiles just come out naturally.

Sena: Since I don't have any younger siblings, seeing the children gives me the feeling that they're my younger brother or sister. It's as if I really became an elder sister.

The feelings of the approaching Budokan 2days

On one hand, it can be finalised that the "Aikatsu! Music Festa in Aikatsu Budokan!" on February 27 and 28th will be in the mode of Gentlemen and Ladies' Time.

When did you guys know about the news of the Music Festa this year to be held in Budokan?

Remi: It was during a time where they gathered all of us for a photo shoot that we all ended up crying tears of joy.

Then that means you couldn't continue with your photos (laughs). By the way, please tell me about your first Budokan experiences.

Sena: For me, it was at Nana Mizuki's live concert.

Ruka: Ah! Me too!

Waka: For me, it was standing on stage as a backup dancer, thinking when I will be able to stand on that stage for real.

Fūri: I've only started going to live performances recently, so I've never been to Budokan. But I do always listen to the Live audio recordings of my favorite artists.

Remi: It was a school event for me (laughs).

Miho: Same here (laughs).

Now that you've mentioned it, it is indeed a venue that is often used for school events. Since the live this time will be two days, will there be any changes in the setlist?

Waka: The two days are composed of different structures and contents. With our feelings accumulated so far, the live will be including songs from the very beginning all the way up to recent ones. Among the songs, we build a setlist around the ones where we receive the most hype and response from the audience.

Miho: Of course just one day would be enjoyable, but being at both days creates a complete piece.

And so to conclude, from a fan's perspective, they'll have a better understanding if they watch on both days.

Waka: Since it's held on a weekday, I would say that it's "not" impossible (laughs). But even if you can just come for one day, we'd be glad.

To prepare for the Budokan live, please recommend some "Fankatsu!" to me

Waka: In terms of Fankatsu, well, either way just listen to all the songs from earliest to latest. If you can, you can also review the plot of all the anime episodes. It'll definitely increase your impression later on.

Fūri: Since Aikatsu! released best albums and BD-Boxes, do check those out!

Originally, the ladies and gentlemen's Night Time was basically "The fans also get hyped, so even for songs that haven't be performed in awhile will be cheered on", supported by fans who supported their "Idol Activities" with passion. Furthermore, the live this time in Budokan, STAR☆ANIS and AIKATSU☆STARS's "Aikatsu! Music Festa" will be our final performance. Fans that we've never seen before should also gather.

Lastly, please tell your fans to get them excited for Budokan in one sentence.

Sena: Everyone, do please come!

Ruka: Behind the stages during Budokan, I will be really busy changing outfits for characters. But I will sing with a smile till the very last minute.

Waka: I want this Budokan experience to be full of emotions. Maybe even an explosion of emotions.

Remi: Because I am in charge of so many characters, my style of singing changes along with that. Please listen to that carefully as well.

Fūri: For both you guys and for us, it will take some time for me to really come to my sense that this is the very last time. But anyway, let's all do our best as the Budokan awaits.

Miho: Some of you might have hesitated in purchasing the tickets, some of you might have rushed to purchase tickets in response to yesterday's announcement. But either way, let's all have fun.

Tonight I decided to talk about something personal that happened recently. Usually this is not something we encourage- but I believe this is a learning experience for members. It not only teaches you a good lesson, but it could also provide future help if you're ever put into a similar situation with other members or people, or if this user happens to show up suddenly to try to deface me (I already banned them from the Pripara wiki), teach you the trials we Admin have to go through, or it might just give up a little tickle.

Okay, so about a month or two back a new member joined a wiki I admin and control since the original admin left a few years back (the wiki isn't important, please don't ask). Now usually when new members join a wikia I'm very kind and patient with them- even if they're weird or kind of annoying. This user left me frequent messages on my wall, ranging from random things like "how do you get messages so quickly?!" to "I'm using my phone so my grammar might be messy." only to make a third topic after to say "sorry again". 

Now keep in mind this user did the above, TIMES TEN. I have probably 3-5 walls full of nothing but this users annoying messages. I tried to respond to some of them, at least the ones that deserved a response, but I didn't bother with the others. No big deal there. Things weren't bad, but then, a few days ago this mess that inspired the topic happened...

"Can I be an Admin?"

When people ask me that I don't just immediately dismiss them. Not at all. I check their edits and work, I look at their consistancy in edits, how they work with other members, you know the important stuff. I hadn't been on the wiki for a while recently, so I actually didn't know what to think initially. I looked into their edits, and while they weren't the worst, they weren't entirely the best either. The user was annoying, but that played no part in my decision.

Before I told them my answer I decided to take a few days to think it over. Of course, this member ended up repeatedly sending me messages within the span of a day, if that, bringing up "I'll work for hours on the wiki! I really want to be Admin!" "I never won anything before", "This is my dream!"

Keep in mind I'm paraphrasing that a little. There was more but I'll spare you guys the sob stories and repeated messages.

Now, on this particular day I was in a foul mood. So I honestly said "I haven't decided yet but you keep pestering me. This is going to make me want to make you an Admin if you don't give me some space and stop annoying me."

After a few days of silence I finally got another message. In the time I spent thinking it over I decided this member was not going to be a good Admin just yet. Again their edits were average/sub-par, their behavior was kinda weird, they were pestering me and leaving me a million messages, they didn't appear to know how to really do anything except maybe make miniscule edits, and you shouldn't have to prove your worth as an Admin with your pity me words, but what you can do. As I've been busy I really didn't want to leave the wiki in control to someone I didn't exactly know all that much and didn't believe was suited for the role. 

You can understand why I didn't select this person as an Admin right? Probably?

As much as I hate to deliver You can't be Admin news, I had no choice. I attempted to explain to this user why, saying "You kind of pester me a lot and don't leave me much thinking time or space. I honestly do not think you're proper Admin material yet and I have to refuse."

Usually people understand. Sometimes they feel a bit sad, but they understand and they decide to fix whatever the issue was or they try to be better members in general.

The user asked me what they could do to sort of redeem themselves to make them suitable for Admin, and I pointed out what had been my concerns, figuring that would be the end of it for the time being, but boy was I wrong. Because next thing I know, the user makes a new message saying "I'm leaving. You won't make me an Admin because of my Autism."

I know what you're thinking, "Wut...?"

Probably because I thought the same thing. This user never mentioned any sort of autism until after I refused their request. Now I admit, I got mad pretty quickly for being accused of having a problem with disability (I have my own issues so I don't judge others for theirs but I'll leave my long medical history out of this. I admit, I might forget it if you tell me you have a mental disability, but I do not judge you for it.) Despite my anger, I simply said "I didn't even do anything, but if you want to storm off and point fingers then go right ahead. I gave you an honest answer."

Of course this escalates. I find the user also called in a friend, claiming I'm so terrible person who needs to get off of their high-horse and accept all members no matter what might be wrong with them if they're willing to help the wiki. DESPITE clarifying I didn't refuse this member because of autism and that I didn't know about it. Both users also went behind my back to complain to the Admin before me (who deactivated their account and hadn't been on the wiki in a few years as I mentioned way earlier on), they both made claims that I rejected the member with bias (due to autism or because they edit using their phone. Yeah that really did happen...) I had no problem telling them they were wasting their time because it was plain to see I didn't do anything wrong, and not only that, but the member wasn't even on the wiki anymore.

But alas, that wasn't it. There was more. The user made a secondary account to harass me, for no real reason because at this point the first wasn't banned. They called me a jerk, they claimed they weren't lashing out yet and I should be lucky (although I really can't think of a better word for what they WERE doing), accused me of being against autistic people, then eventually it escalated into "You're abusing your rights as an Admin, I'm starting my own wiki where everyone is treated good and your a B-word and F-word (they used the actual words mind you)." The user also called in a second friend who insulted my supposed behavior against the autistic. 

Of course I'm not intimidated. My wiki for the series is the best and most-popular, and I have plenty of proof that I treated plenty of members good on it. I also wasn't abusing my Admin role in any shape or form just because I said no (You wanna know Admin Abuse? An unactive Admin banned me from a wiki I tried to adopt when I was the only person editing on it and I got no responses from them. I got unbanned because another Admin could tell I didn't do anything wrong, and a few members called the Admin out on it).

From what I know, some autistic people might react the way this user did. But they not only made multiple accounts, they swore on the wiki when it was forbidden, they were also harassing me and not listening. I was within every right to ban them, so yesterday I did. I banned both accounts.

Basically, I'm writing this topic and explaining this annoying little tale for those of you who may think being an Admin is easy. It really isn't. We're only humans, we get mad and upset just like anyone else- so please don't treat us like we can't feel the way you do. Would you guys believe I've had depression since I was 12? I won't say how old I am now, but it's been at least over 10 years I'll tell you that. I was a lonely child whose parents always worked and could barely make time for, and I was afraid of people.

Now that's not to say I didn't have a few friends, but you wouldn't have realized that unless I brought it up, right?

The point is, we Admin have to try to make ourselves functional for the sake of the wiki. We're all prone to the temporary breakdowns just like you guys, but we manage to make ourselves work again too XD

The other point is that PLEASE don't act like a childish brat if you are refused of Adminship. If you honestly feel that the Admin in question is being rude, please then contact another Admin. But keep in mind that just because you ask it doesn't mean you are going to get it. If you're refused please handle it in a calm and orderly manner, and maybe some day you will get to be an Admin or rollback or something.

This user who harassed me thought by treating me poorly they could not only make me reconsider and lower my standards, but they thought they could get away with bullying. To make matters worse, I was reconsidering my decision and considering allowing the member rollback rights at least. But you can bet I'm definitely never letting them back on the wiki period. If they apologize earnestly I might be willing to let them back on, but that is the only exception.

I feel a little dumb for not realising this earlier but I feel like the classes would've have been perfect for a few original Aikatsu! characters. Like:

Flower Song Class: Sumire; Nono; Lisa (they used to sing a lot right?)

Bird Theatre Class: Yurika; Shion (Probably more people but I forgot)

Moon Beauty Class: Ran (WOW such a surprise. Being sarcastic BTW she was MADE for this Class)

Wind Dance Class: Rin (a TOTAL given)

I want to know why you like the different brand from aikatsu stars starting from my little heart to fuwa fuwa dream and you can rank them.

Hello peeps, as you all know, the wikis currently have the opening infobox with the aikatsu stars logo on it.

However, while screenshotting the opening, one issue has occured:

The image for Start Line and Stardom looks exactly the same. Except for the cloud shapes.

And I believe this could cause a fair amount of confusion despite the existence of the page title.

I would like to know your opinion on what you think. Should it stay the same, or should we do something about it?

OK I GOTTA FOUND OUT IF THIS IS LEGIT OR NOT BUT AFTER SEEING THIS SCREENSHOT THEN IT LOOKS PRETTY LEGITIMATE AND IM TRYING TO FIND THIS ON NICK BUT THE SITE IS SO CONFUSING TO NAVIGATE SO CAN SOMEONE CONFIRM THIS BEING REAL??? IM LOOKING EVERYWHERE AND THERE'S NO OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT OR ANYTHING???? 

I've noticed has been a relatively minor issue, but given the Lily/Lilie drama I figured I should address it now before it becomes a problem somewhere down the line. I've seen it happens on both this wiki and PriPara wiki. Someone takes it upon themself to change the name of a character to suit what they think is correct. Even if it means going against the Admin decision. I won't point fingers or call out anyone though because I know you people know who you are.

Basically, don't do it. I don't really care what excuse you have. If you plan to change the name of a characters page or the name of the character on the page- talk to the Admin first. Not only does it waste time but it can end up causing problems and un-needed, unecessary arguements.

This is basically Lisa/Risa fued all over again. So I'll explain it here so I can save Halo some typing.

So for no complains, I'm going to call Lilie/Lily "Riri"

We all know that the official merchandise spells Riri as "Lily", but the reason why the admins have decided to call Riri "Lilie" instead of "Lily" is because "Lilie" is something that suits Riri's personality and character in general better.

Our second argument would be that "Lilie" is an alternative form of "Lily", and is the exact same thing only with different spellings.

Some of you have uploaded episode images, snippets from different scenes. I get you're trying to help the wiki by contributing to it, but uploading random snippets doesn't help at all.

First of all, we wouldn't know and even if we did, it takes too long to figure out where all the random images fit into the entire flow plot of images.

Second of all, if you would like to contribute to episode galleries when none have been uploaded in an episode, you need to come to me to ask for permission, as there are set users for this job, and it comes with great responsibility.

Third of all, regarding the point above, if you will be uploading images, you are to upload all episode screenshots, not snippets, but one image per few seconds that captures the moment and is important.

Fourth of all, prevent from uploading photos in the comments just because you want to share them. They either end up being a non-deleted-duplicate, or they end up being deleted.

This is extremely minor- but these things do come up and I believe I forgot to brush up on both of them. My bad. Nobody has really done anything to warrant this recently, but I just wanted to put it out there y'know?

1. Personal Information

Hi, my name is Christina! I go by Chris and I'll get very angry if you call me Chrissy. I like pink and black and my birthday is October 15 and I don't know my blood type. But thats all you know because that's all I can say ;3

Anybody see anything wrong with this? No? Good.

As (mostly) everyone was taught growing up, personal information is a topic that is supposed to be kept personal for the sake of safety and protection. Everyone can be trusted here and we know this, but we can't just be a bad influence to younger members.

Basically... you shouldn't say anything like what specific city you live in, street address... and basically anything that makes you uncomfortable. Your name and gender is perfectly fine as you probably know, and age isn't manditory, but there's no harm in spilling the jellybeans on that.

If anyone would ever badger you for such information be sure to report it!

2. Userpages

This basically inspired the titles name. Again this is extremely rare but I saw it before. NEVER edit any other members userpage. This can count as both spam and harassement and can end in a small-to-large scale ban depending on various attributes. A lot of members do not like this, so please keep in mind not to do it.

Now, say you were fixing a spelling error or gramatical issue, this is perfectly acceptable. Just please make sure to send the user a message so they know.

If you guys can think of any other things feel free to leave a message.

Yeah, I thought I did a fine job covering this sort of topic within my other discussions and mentioning "content" but I guess I didn't.

The other day a member (who shall remain nameless) posted something that was quickly deemed inapropriate and changed what they wrote. Don't ask what it said or did it, I'm not saying a thing because its not important now.

I've decided to make a 'reminder topic' about this subject as a result, to try to prevent others from doing it. As you guys know swearing is forbidden, we're fine there- but we haven't really gotten into the topic of 'adult content', for the sake of making sure you guys know what I mean: anything deemed sexual wherever it was found, nudity, chest-related stuff, lust over certain "aspects", most fanservicey fanarts (such as one I had to remove earlier this week), and basically anything that may make you feel uncomfortable or strange in any shape or form. As well as "comments" that could imply something sexual as said user had posted until I called them out on it and they changed it.

Sexual-related comments or Images are not allowed here. Compared to swearing, spamming, flaming, or causing general problems this is probably the ONE thing that WILL get you banned in one second or less.

If you guys EVER see anything like this be sure to contact me or another Admin. When in doubt, think, "do they talk about this in Aikatsu?" if they don't, don't do it!

I realized this was probably one thing I forgot to cover. As much as we all live to admire Fanart, I feel that its important to warn that uploading it, while not forbidden, has some rules along with it.

Basically, if you really want to put some fanart on your wiki page or show others, this is okay. But PLEASE only choose a few maximum. To avoid not only littering the wiki, but to lower the risk of running into an angry or upset Author.

Some of you may remember this happening quite a few times on the original wiki.

The other thing I felt was important is a biggie: FANART DOES NOT GO ON OFFICIAL PAGES OR GALLERIES.

This is another issue, in that some people don't either realize its fanart, or that it can't be included. Fanart can be put into official page DISCUSSIONS, but otherwise they should not be there at all.
